How do I create a market report?

Market reports can be automatically generated by

  1. Searching for comps
  2. Adding comps to watchlist
  3. Creating a project

1. Search for comps

  • Under Search tab, type in a comp's name or address the searchbar
  • When you find the right property, click + Add

2. Create a Project

  • Once all comps (including subject property) are added to your watchlist, go to Project tab
  • Click on + New Project on the top right corner
  • Key in Project Name
  • Select Comps from your watchlist
  • Select a Subject Property (if any). For market reports without a subject property, skip this step‍
  • Once your comp set is complete, click Add

3. Generate Project Report

  • Click on Full Screen to expand the report
  • Toggle between report tabs, Overview / Unit Type Comparison / Rent Trends / Studio / 1BR / 2BR / 3BR / 4BR
